Hello & Welcome. I’m Zen, a.k.a Zhenya Delate.
This is me enjoying Paradise at Punalu’u Black Sand Beach in the Kau region of the Big Island of Hawaii. Kau is the last 80 mile stretch of undeveloped land on the Big Island.
Other interesting facts about moi…I am a wannabe surfer girl (only temporarily), I eat a macrobiotic diet, I like lots of different kinds of music including reggae, classical and hard core. Oh yeah, Search Engine Marketing is my forte and it rocks! as an occupation. Thanks for taking the time to read and please comment if you feel so inclined!

Zhenya Delate. A woman on the right track. The fast track. She heads up the “Gittrdun” Society – maybe even in your area!
I found her on the Big Island. I was sitting in the back seat of Heather’s ForeRunner and we were returning from a salsa dance at the Royal Kona Resort.
She was telling the women in the car, that the internet is where it is at – “market yourself” “market what you do” ….. TWO MONTHS later, I did the ole heal of the hand to the forehead and said, “duh!” “Here is the woman of my dreams! The one I’ve been waiting for!”
I have wanted internet presence in my business for a long, long time but did not know who to ask or trust.
So, I called her up. We are partners. And I do believe that she is the bridge to help YOU and ME to be information sifters and gatherers, the oysters of the oceans, filtering everything that passes by and gathering that which is beneficial.
In today’s society, we are no longer Hunter and Gatherers …. call Zhenya up and let her help you, too …. become a Sifter and Gatherer of the WORLD.

Go out there and make comments on as many other blogs as you can so you can get some instant link juice. Search Google for “do follow blogs fitness (or another keyword)” and go to the sites you feel attracted to in their results and spread your expertise.
I’m in Cali right now…and looking to make the leap back over to HI this year, if not full time at least part. I miss it so!
